Food Trucks Are Big Business for Two Minnesota Brothers
You may have noticed the influx of food trucks during the lunch hour this summer and fall. They've become a fixture in many parts of the Twin Cities. But it all starts with the truck, and we found out that's big business here in Minnesota.
Two brothers, Rick Palm and Mark Palm, have transformed about 40 trucks, as well as trailers and hot dog carts. They start with a blank page - a linen truck, a 1965 Dodge Chinook camper - anything can be transformed into a food truck.
KSTP reporter Tim Sherno visited the Palm brothers to see how the trucks come together. Watch his story to learn more about the brothers and their creations.
