St. Paul Bike Cops for Kids is a brand new “bike truck” created to improve relationships by reaching out to the city’s youngest residents. The truck is complete with: a mechanic station for fixing neighborhood bikes, a large screen TV for gaming, a basketball hoop and a giant freezer full of ice cream.
